My cat's head is swollen, breathing hard, and won't eat. What's wrong?

My cat came in and his head was swollen and his eyes looked funny and glossy and he can't breath and sometimes makes a weird sound breathing and opens his mouth but nothing comes out,and he want eat or drink I don't think he can. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 20 lbs
