Why is my dog's testicle enlarged and swelling? Tumor or infection?

One testicle of my dog is bigger.as i have given few enjections and then comes to normal size but after few months it again increase.please tell me is this testicle tumor or any other kind of enfection. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | 7 years and 8 months old | 110 lbs

Unfortunately it's impossible to say without being able to examine Bruno in person. A testicular tumor could swell and cause an increase in size that could resolves with an antibiotic or steroid injection. Infections like Brucella or other bacteria could cause testicular swelling. I would recommend having a veterinarian examine Bruno to determine what might be the cause.
