There are a variety of over he counter sprays that contain a topical corticosteroid like hydrocortisone and sometimes an antibiotic that are intended to use on hot spots, although I’m not quite sure what would be available near you. Sometimes clipping the hair short over the hot spot and washing with a mild soap is enough to take care of it. It’s best to have your vet confirm that the lesions are indeed hot spots and to look for underlying skin conditions like fleas or allergies that may have predisposed Okis to developing the spots. He may also need a prescription to help relieve itching.
