My kitten climbs counters & drinks from sink. How do I stop her?

Coco is an adorable kitten & growing up fine but she keeps on climbing the kitchen platform, roaming around, even when I'm cooking or otherwise. It's an unhygienic thing and I'm scared that she will end up hurting herself. She sits in the sink or runs to the bathroom. She drinks the fresh water from her bowl but will still goes to the sink or bathroom & licks the floor. She is quiet fascinated by the flowing water. Now she is always trying to run out of home. Please help me to train her. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 3 months and 9 days old | 7.94 lbs

There are small water fountains you can purchase to use as her water source. This may keep her off of the counters. Restrict access to the rooms if possible. If not, a length of aluminum foil placed on the counter may deter her. Whenever you see her on the counter, gently remove her to another room. Be consistent and she will eventually learn the platform is not a place for her.
