Pet's info: Dog | Doberman Pinscher | Male | 1 year and 8 months old | 90 lbs
Hello, our Doberman pooped in his kennel yesterday while we were at work, and sat in it for a little while. We noticed his testicles seemed to be bugging him, and are red and inflamed. Our guess is because he sat in his feces with no place to go :( we’ve given him Benadryl last night and this morning, but we’re not sure what else we should do. We try to wipe them with cool water, he doesn’t really let us. Is there anything else that we can do without having to physically take him to the vet?

I would recommend an Elizabethan collar as he is most likely licking at it, even if you don't see him do it. If it is now resolved by Monday I would definitely take him to the veterinarian. If it gets worse today or tomorrow he needs to see a veterinarian sooner. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
