When will kitten antibiotics work? Is my 3-week-old ready for weaning?

Hi! When will i see the effects of the antibiotic on my kitten? Im not sure about her age but my vet said she’s three weeks old and she’s just small. O noticed that she started to chew on the nipple of the bottle and started licking her paws, is it time for weaning? Im not sure.

What was your kitten on antibiotics for? It can take a couple doses to start to see an effect. At around 3 weeks of age I typically recommend starting to introduce wet kitten food that you can add the milk to until they get used to it.
