Why does my cat have a persistent lump under skin near shoulder?

My female blk long hair cat has a knot under the skin, between the shoulder blades. If itry I can pretty much feel around it w finger n thumb to almost like pickit up...prob size of a nickel. She doesn't seem unhappy or hurt..she sometimes gets it after her vaccination but this time hasn't gone away. Pet's info: Cat | Burmese | Female | spayed | 6 years and 11 months old | 11 lbs

I would recommend bringing Xhex to the veterinarian. Depending on how long the lump has been there would depend on if they will aspirate the growth or monitor.
