What home remedies can I use for my dog's itchy neck fold?

My dog has developed an acute inflammation on his neck near one of his folds. Can I use any home remedies to treat it? I’m not sure what it is, but i know he’s scratched at it. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | neutered | 3 years and 6 months old | 7 lbs

Hi there. You can try giving Squeakers some benadryl to help the itching, I would do 5 mg orally once and see if that helps. It may make him drowsy, If that doesn't help, you can bathe him in an oatmeal/aloe shampoo to soothe his skin.
