Hi.My outdoor cat(2y old, female, spayed, vaccinated) was missing and came back with dragging both lower legs.Looks paralyzed. Her legs are ok but her back looks broken. Since yesterday her pee changed to pink color and more darker today. No appetite since this morning. If she is cyctitis or got urethral stone, what kind of medicine(antibiotics or any) should I give her? I have amoxicillin, doxycycline, azithromycin and cefcapene pivoxil . Nothing vet & animal rescue team here. Please help. Thanks

I would be concerned about a significant spinal or pelvic injury with bruising and damage to the bladder. Antibiotics only treat bacterial infections and are not an appropriate treatment option in this case. Full veterinary assessment of the extent of all of her injuries are required in order to assess the likelihood of recovery from paraysis, alongside appropriate pain relief, antibiotics should only ever be used where a bacterial infection is diagnosed
