My dog has a dry red bump on paw with fur missing. Is it serious?

I saw this red tiny bump on my dog hand it is already dried its not so hard or its not so soft I THINK HE ALSO remove the fur from that place too

You can monitor it at home for now. If you see Milo chewing or licking at the spot, place an e-collar (cone) on him. This may be enough to allow for healing. Keep the area clean and dry. If the spot changes rapidly, grows, bleeds or appears infected then you will need to have him examined by your veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment.

    It could be minor irritation or infection. Monitor Red for excessive scratching or pawing as well as swelling or discharge. An e-collar (cone) can be used to prevent rubbing or pawing and may ne enough to allow for healing. If it spreads, doesn't heal or causes discomfort, have him examined by your veterinarian.
