My dog has red, weepy lumps under her tail near her anus. What is it?

Our dog has 2 lumps under her tail near her anus. They are looking red a weepy. Both are at around the 11-1pm positions and have only appeared in the last 2 week. Definitely not any longer then this time frame! She doesn’t seem bothered by them at all apart from when we had to wipe her bottom as one poo was abit too soft. Toilet is fine Apart from that one poo. She’s on 15mg (prednisone) steroids a day. is a English bulldog, spayed and 7yrs old. Pet's info: Dog | English Bulldog | Female | spayed | 7 years and 6 months old | 61 lbs

There is no way of knowing for sure without an examination though this represents a reason to seek veterinary care. This is usually determined with an examination and a fine needle aspirate (FNA) or a biopsy. Treatment depends on the findings up to that point.
