My dog won't eat or drink for 2 days after vacation. What's wrong?

I had my neighbors watch my dog Castiel while I was gone on vacation and since I got back and brought him home almost 2 days ago he’s refusing to eat or drink anything . His behavior is about the same as it usually is , he just won’t eat or drink anything and it’s starting to worry me . He’s had some health problems in the passed (to seizures) but nothing that’s ever stopped him/made him not want to eat . He usually eats 3-4 times a day and drinks a good amount of water . He’s about 4 years old
