Puppy hacking, sneezing, trying to vomit. Could it be kennel cough?

i have a puppy pomeranian 2 months old. when he came home he started to sneeze and recently yesterday i heard a hacking cough and looks like he wants to vomit but doesnt vomit could this be kennel cough. Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 28 days old | 1.8 lbs

It could be that Boston has kennel cough, but without seeing him in person, I can't say for certain. I'd take him into a vet today to get checked out. If he does have kennel cough, there are medications the vet can prescribe to help with his symptoms. Best of luck.
