My dog won't eat for 8 days, even after trying remedies. What now?

My dog is not eating since 8days..i have given vitmin b12 and rantac injections and also giving him zymopet and hepamust regularly but of no use.please help me with right suggestion,what should i do so that it starts eating again.

You will need to take your dog to a veterinarian for an exam. Your dog could have a n intestinal blockage, a gastrointestinal or other infection, an organ disease, or even a blood parasite. Not eating is a very unspecific signs of illness and you need a diagnosis to be able to treat him. Please take your dog to a veterinarian.

A dog not eating for 7 days is a huge problem. I would be worried about an intestinal obstruction, a toxicity or some type of problem with the liver or kidneys. The vet needs to do some blood testing and x-rays. You need to get her back to the vet. You can't fix this at home.
