Why is my dog yelping, constipated, and not feeling well?

My dog jumped up on the porch the other day after he pee'd and started yelping and yelping when he sat down or moved for a couple days. He seems better now hes not yelping but he hasn't pooped in a few days and doesn't seem to feel well. What could this be. Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Male | unneutered | 50 lbs
