Why does my cat meow and whine at her bug toy while she's playing?

Why does my cat meow at her bug rotating toy everytime she plays with it? Is she irritated that the toy is not dying even though shes slapping it all around the house? There's no hissing just meowing at the toy. There's also whining at the bug toy. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 10 months and 23 days old | 9 lbs

Meowing is a normal play vocalization and is very common- especially among young cats like Raven! There may be a component of irritation or confusion but even if that is the case, it is not worrisome to me, especially since she keeps playing with the toy! Best wishes to you and Raven!
