My allergic boxer has new bumps on his face. What could it be?

My seven year old male boxer has bumps on face. He has allergies but these are a first.

These bumps could be a contact allergy, bacterial infection or caused by an auto-immune disease. Since Samson is already prone to allergies he may have been poking around somewhere with his mouth/face and had an allergic reaction. If the bumps do not go away within 24 hours I recommend you have your veterinarian examine Samson's mface. Samson may need some antihistamines or a steroid injection or antibiotics if this is a bacterial infection.
