My cat yowled, went limp, then recovered. Was it a seizure?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 6 lbs

Last night my cat, who is about 8, was on yhe bed cuddling. He then let out a yowl and became limp for about 20 seconds. If I hadn't seen him breathing, I would've thought he died. After 20 seconds, he became alert again and acted as if.nothing happend. What did happen?

There is a possibility that your kitty had a seizure, or fell unconscious due to a heart condition. When you were cuddling with him, he got really excited which could have triggered a seizure or a syncope (unconsciousness due to not enough oxygen getting to the brain). I strongly suggest you have Scooter examined by your veterinarian.
