Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | 3 months and 20 days old | 3.3 lbs
Our three month old persian cat is breathing faster while sleeping. Since we bought her home, she pants with her tongue out after playing for long minutes. We also changed their diet this month and after that they are not that active as usual. But the other cat looks just fine. Her breathing pattern is like tap tap tap (the patter u do when u cpr someone) that's how she breathes. it's too fast and alarming.

Hailee is a cute name. I would be concerned any time a cat is panting. A increased respiratory effort can be secondary to infection, virus, congenital issue or even pain related. I would recommend taking Hailee to a vet to make sure nothing serious is going on.
