My dog has pebble-sized warts and red bumps on his belly. What's next?

Jesse has warts in few places of his body. One or two big ones like pebble size. Others are small red ones in abdominal area. This has been there for few months. Should I give any medicine

These growths needs to be checked and analysed as there are many conditions and types of tumors that could look like that. take him to the vet, they will perform a fine needle aspiration on the growths and send it to the lab for analysis. when the result comes, the vet will advise what needs to be done according to the diagnosis.
