Your puppy sounds very ill, and if Aurora hasn't been vaccinated, she could be suffering from parvovirus causing her to throw up, have runny stools, and not eat or drink. It could also be she has a severe GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, could have a foreign body, or could have a pyometra as I see she's not spayed. It's not common to get a pyometra in puppies, but it can happen. I would consider her symptoms a medical emergency, and she needs to see a vet now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. Best of luck.
