Mites require medications from the vet in order to treat, there isn't an OTC product you can get for it. You will need to make an appointment for Ollie with a vet to confirm that he does have mites, and the vet can prescribe the appropriate treatment. I'd give a vet a call tomorrow to make him an appointment. Best of luck.
