Why is my dog acting strange after recent vaccines and medication?

My dog got his rabies and bortella shot yesterday and also Heartworm and flea medicine (for the first time in a while) today he can barely stay awake, he won’t eat at all, when he does get up his head is twitching to one side, and he’s getting snappy with the other dogs. Could this be caused by the shots? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | 1 year and 5 months old | 62 lbs

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Morty. He may be painful at the injection site from his vaccine. I would contact his veterinarian in the morning if his symptoms persist.
