Leucistic gliders should be completely white with black eyes. They shouldn't change color, although some variation may be seen depending on diet or environment. The baldness can be caused by diet/nutrition issues or infection (bacterial or fungal) or due to excessive grooming. Ideally, he should be examined by your veterinarian or a vet experienced in treating gliders to diagnose and treat any underlying condition.
