My dog has vomited for 15 hours, can't keep water down. What to do?

My dog has been vomiting for the last 15 hours. I removed his food and water. I gave him ice chips but he was unable to keep that down. I have been unable to contact my vet. Please help, Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 7 years and 3 months old | 95 lbs

Poor Truman sounds very ill at the moment! He really does need to see a vet now. I would see if there is an ER clinic in your area you can bring him into immediately. If not, there should be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. Call around local clinics to find a vet on call to see him now. Best of luck.
