Why is my cat bleeding on her bed? Is it injury, heat, or illness?

Today i found blood on my cats bed (3 drops) and I don’t know if she hurt herself while playing or she has her period ( and this would be her first time ) so how do i know ? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 6 months and 14 days old

If she’s coming into heat she will be acting differently. Lots of meowing, rolling around and acting wild. She may try to go out to get bred. If you don’t see that behavior I would check her all over to see if you can find a wound. I’m not overly concerned about this as long as it was only a few drops and it doesn’t continue.
