My cat was hit by a car and is now peeing blood. Is this normal?

Cat hit by car today. Was taken to vet leg is not broken. Now weeing blood. Is this normal

This would not be uncommon as the bladder can become bruised due to the impact or pelvic damage. I would continue to monitor for any changes in frequency or discomfort when using the litter box which may require further investigation but in most cases this should resolve over 3-5days
