My dog is limping and positive for Lyme again. Should I treat her?

One year ago my dog was positive for lyme and erriculosis...was treated...Now one year later she is testing positive for both..she has been limping but not sure if its lyme adain...or arthritis...Vet said the positive test may be from last year..should I treat her

Unfortunately both lyme and erhlichia can cause an infection again, even after initial treatment. I would recommend treating her since she has clinical signs, but also ask your vet if they can run a PCR test to confirm active infection, rather than just exposure.
