Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Male | 7 months and 28 days old | 23 lbs
My dog 9 month old dachshund showed all the signs of having parvo. When I took him to the vet he told me its not parvo by just doing primary inspection. He told me its Corona and because my dog is young it can be fatal and gave me some medicine and to keep him hydrated always. But the symptoms are still there after two days but he is drinking from my hand and also urinating should I be worried pls help.

Possibly a more aggressive treatment is required, and potentially hospitalisation and antibiotics may be needed. Please specify the signs he is showing so we can give you more specific advice about the treatment.
