My mouse's eye is irritated. Will it clear up or need medication?

My mouse’s eye looks a bit irritated. It has for a couple of days. I used a sterile eye wash solution and it looked better until today. Now it looks like it did the first day. The soonest a vet can get him in is next week. Does this look like something that will clear up on its own? Or will he need medication?

Bandit will need medication for his eye, it could be he has an eye infection which will not clear up on it's own. Get him into the vet as soon as you can, and continue to flush the eye with the sterile wash solution. I hope this helps!
