My dog has black spots, smelly skin, and cloudy eyes. What's wrong?

My female dog has a black spot on her tummies and even tho she takes a bath 2-3 times a day its smell stinky and she has lil' bump around his nipples and why her eyes looks so white and she cant see and the water tears in hey eyes smells (not stinky but it smells) i cant afford to go to the vet clinic cause here in my country is so expensive to have a checkup. The black spots on Bambi’s belly look like pigmentation which can happen after there has been skin disease or excessive itching. It also looks like she may have some red areas including the spot near her nipple which could be a bacterial skin infection. Her eyes might be cloudy from cataracts or an age related lens change known as nuclear sclerosis. Unfortunately I think the only way you’ll be able to know what is causing Bambi’s symptoms for certain would be to have an exam with a veterinarian.
