How to safely take my unclipped budgie out of its cage first time?

Hi I'm taking out my budgie for the first time and I don't know how to take him out pls can you guide me his wings aren't clipped but we will take him out in a closed room only. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male

Making sure the room doesn't have any harmful objects such as fans, open windows, cooking items, etc is best to avoid injury to your birds. If there are sharp objects or things they could be injured on, removing them before allowing your birds out is best.
