My pug puppy has increasing red rashes after fever. Should I worry?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 10 days old | 22 lbs

My 2 month pug had fever and was shivering.The vet gave an injection and cephalexin(3ml).After I gave cephalexin,his temperature has come down to 101.4 F and now he is healthy.Yesterday,he had small 2-3 red rashes.Today,the have increased.Can I just ignore it or what cream/lotion/powder to use?

Poor Babloo! Without seeing him in person and being able to diagnose the cause of the rash, I can't tell you what treatment is needed for it. I would not ignore it especially since it has increased. I would take him back into the vet to have it diagnosed and treated. Best of luck, I hope this helps!
