2 days ago I found out my cat had worms I honestly dont know what type of worms they are and ive looked up there worms I recently bought a dewormer yesterday but dont know if it's the right one and I dont know what the wrong dewormer can do to my cat

Unfortunately, I would be in the same boat as your and Saphira. Without know the type of worm that only thing I could tell you to do is to just throw the whole kitchen sink at her. That is not likely to be the most responsible or appropriate thing to do. I would recommend having her feces taken into a vet for analysis under a microscope. They will tell you if they are roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, tapeworms, coccidia, so on and so forth, and get you and your kitty back on track. They will also be able to tell you if repeated treatments are likely to be required. Hope this helps.
