My dog shows pregnancy signs: nipples, nesting, 8 weeks post-heat?

Hi I have a Maltese shih tzu and by memory she was on heat about 8 to 9 weeks ago, her belly is not large at all. Since yesterday she has been in her bed and has a toy that she will not leave for a second she is drinking and eating only when I feed her her nipples have become larger then usual, so my question is if she is pregnant, she also does not let my male dog come close to her and is not barking but soking at times she still gets active when someone comes over and greets us. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 7 months old

It could be possible that Cheeky is pregnant if she mated with your male dog when she was in heat, but without seeing her in person, there's no way I can say for certain. I would take her into a vet today who can do x-rays to confirm if she is pregnant or not. Best of luck, I hope this helps.
