Poor Bella! Dogs have a higher body temperature than humans (typically 101-102.5F), so that could be why she seems very warm. It could also be she has a fever. You can take her temperature rectally to check. The vomiting and diarrhea could be caused by a severe GI illness, eating something rotten, a foreign body, or pancreatitis to name a few causes. Whenever a dog is both vomiting and having diarrhea, it's time to see a vet. Please bring her into one first thing in the morning. Best of luck, I hope this helps!

A warm tummy is not alarming nor does it indicate anything is wrong with Bella. If you are concerned that your pet may have a fever hen the best way to determine that is to get her rectal temperature, which should be around 100-102.5 degrees F. As long as her rectal temperature is within normal range and Bellamis asymptomatic, she is likely just fine. However if you notice she is acting ill (vomiting, diarrhea, not eating), then it is best to take her in to your vet for an examination to determine her underlying illness and get her treated. Best of luck with Bella!
