Hi, I need to know rhe EXACTLY portion wet/dry KD for my dog. Sheis gaining weigth and is not good she broke her cross ligament . She was 9 kg now is 11kgs. Pet's info: Dog | American Cocker Spaniel | Female | spayed | 9 years and 10 months old | 21 lbs
