I recently adopted Zoey and I am wondering how to get her and my 7 year old Golden Retriever to get along/used to each other? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | 2 months and 19 days old

Supervise them when they’re together and make sure your dog knows it’s wrong to chase the cat. Goldens are very smart so give plenty of praise and rewards when the dog is well behaved. Usually once the novelty wears off the the kitten matures they will ignore each other or may become close friends.
