Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | neutered | 3 lbs
my chihuahua had his eye attacked by another dog and i took him to the vet who was able to put it back in the eyesocket but it bulges ...everyone says i should have it removed but i'm wondering if that is necessary and if i should put him through that. he doesnt paw it or cry, it just looks painful!

If he lost his vision in that eye, which he most probably did, i agree that it would be best to have a surgery done to have the eye removed as it will always be prone to complications and infections if it is left there.
