Why is my dog shaking and panting at night? Could she be pregnant?

I believe my dog had an unplanned breeding session on Aug. 24th or 25th 2018 and it is now Sep. 19th, 2018. She hs been shaking & panting quite hard for the past 3 days now and we are waiting on a paycheck to be able to take her in to a vet tomorrow. She is acting totally fine otherwise and she only really shakes hard and pants at night time. 2 nights in a row now she's waking up in the middle of the night panting... Is it a sign of pregnancy?? Pet's info: Dog | Vizsla | Female | 3 years and 4 months old | 25 lbs

This panting and shaking isn't a typical sign of pregnancy, and I would be concerned that Nala is in pain causing the shaking and panting. Taking her into the vet tomorrow is a good idea. Best of luck.
