Is my bearded dragon's enclosure setup safe? Do I need night heat?

Pet's info: Reptile | Bearded Dragon | Male | 3 months old | 0.701 lbs

Is my set up ok for my beardie and I’m thinking of getting a background picture to add. I have a uvb light, a baskin lamp, a ceramic heat emmiter for night, a thermostat and two thermometers one on each side

It's a fine set up. You may not need the CHE at night. As long as nighttime temperatures don't drop below 70 F, you should be fine without supplemental heat. I can't see the top, but make sure the UVB light is not blocked by fine mesh.
