I am sorry to hear about your concern for Cinnamon. Though we cannot diagnose from a photograph, these could be epidermal collarettes which are a result of bacterial infection of the skin. We can also see similar lesions with ringworm (a fungal infection). I would recommend bringing Cinnamon into the vet for an examination. They may perform tests such as a ringworm culture and cytology of some material to check for bacteria. Treatment may include oral or topical medications depending on their findings.
