how long can a cat, that is eating small amounts of wet food and goat's milk, go without urinating or pooping?

There is no set time frame, however a cat should poop at least once every two days (if it does not eat much) and it should urinate at least once daily. If your cat is not urinating at least once a day and not eliminating properly , it should be seen by a veterinarian for an exam. It may not be eating enough which in turn could be caused by a health condition.
