Why does my dog have lumps, hair loss, and a bad smell near her rear?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | 3 years and 8 months old | 60 lbs

My dog Nala has two large lumps on each of her butt cheeks, has a lot of hair loss, and has a very strange smell to her, not in a good way. Help!

I'm wondering if these lumps are near her anus. If they are, it could be Nala has impacted anal sacs. That would cause a bad smell as well. She could be scooting causing hair loss if that is located around her behind. Hair loss could also be caused by fleas, mites, ringworm, a skin infection, or allergies. I would take her into a vet today or tomorrow. The vet can diagnose what is causing her symptoms, and can treat her for it. Best of luck, I hope this helps.
