My dog is 58 days pregnant. Teats are small but she has milk. Normal?

My bitch is 58 days pregnant i had her scanned. She has milk when i press her teats but there isn't much difference in size of her teats before she was pregnant is this normal? Pet's info: Dog | Rough Collie | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 5 months old
