Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female | unspayed | 5 years and 10 months old
My 6 year old female sun conure loves to bite at things rapidly and bob her head as she does it. Sometimes she starts turning her head in circles and whips it around and when she does that she throws up a solid white chunky substance. The behavior more closely matches vomiting than regurgitatation, so I’m worried she could be sick. As a baby she survived avian polynoma, but hasn’t shown any signs of sickness. Should I be concerned?

It sounds like regurgitation, but if you are concerned about it, it doesn't seem normal, or Mango shows other signs of illness, seeking a veterinary exam is always the best course of action (and will give you some peace of mind.) I would keep an eye on her as well and note down any other changes in health, if there is a pattern with this, etc as that could help your vet pinpoint what may be going on.
