My puppy's urine has mucus. Could it be a urinary tract infection?

hello, my puppy's urine has some kind of mucus does that mean she has an infection?

Mucus is not a common finding in urine, so I'm not quite sure what you're seeing. I'd recommend collecting a sample by sticking a Tupperware under her while she's peeing (or a soup ladle also works great) and taking both Sophie and the urine to her vet for a check up.

    It sounds like Lexie could have a UTI. I would take her into the vet first thing tomorrow morning for an exam, blood tests, and urinalysis. The vet can diagnose a UTI, and can give her treatment for it.
