Why is my active stray dog's appetite low after deworming treatment?

I feed two stray dogs outside my shop out of which 1 who used to eat food of even others once he finished his but since last 3 days I m watching he is not eating that much today I also give him deworming tablets but I am not understanding why he is not eating food or might someone else also giving food may be he is full but how to know whether there is some other problem or not though he is active whenever I came to shop he come running and wagging his tail like chirpy mode

Thank you for submitting your question regarding the stray dog. It is difficult to say why his appetite is a bit decreased. I recommend continuing offering him food as you have been doing. If he demonstrates other signs of illness or seems to be losing weight, then that would be concerning. In this case, I would try to seek veterinary care for him if possible. Otherwise offer him food as normal and monitor his intake. He could be finding food elsewhere and appetite can vary with environmental temperature and stress levels. Good luck!
