My 18-day-old puppy spits out the bottle. How can I get him to eat?

I have a 18 day old puppy I've been feeding for the last 10 days and he doesn't want to nurse. He's not dehydrated or crying he just spits the bottle out when I put it in his mouth.

It's a very bad sign, you will need to try and force feed with a syringe but you need to do it very carefully to avoid aspiration of the milk to the lungs. make sure you are using puppy milk replacer.
