Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Longhair | Female | spayed | 2 years and 8 months old | 7 lbs
I had fleas from a stray cat about a month ago and my cat now has worms. I have an appointment scheduled for Thursday but I may need to reschedule due to work. She has diarrhea and from what I’ve read online, that means I missed the early signs. Her coat looks less shiny but she is eating and playing normally. Will she be okay if she needs to wait for another week or should I call off to take her? I feel bad that I didn’t notice earlier and I just want to make sure that she will be ok Thank you!

I would call off to take Lydia. There are other causes to diarrhea including GI illness, eating something rotten, or a foreign body to name a few, so you can't be sure if her diarrhea is caused by worms or not unless she sees the vet. In addition, diarrhea can cause dehydration and a cat should always see a vet when they have had diarrhea for longer than 24 hours. I would keep the Thursday appointment. I hope this helps!
